Authenticity Movement is a space dedicated to embodied healing, rooted in the belief that mindfulness offers us all the opportunity to come back home to our true self. We believe that healing is less about transforming into someone new and more about remembering who you already are. In this space, all are seen, felt and heard. All scars are welcomed. From this moment onward, it's not about becoming; it's about simply being.

Meditation
Mindfulness is the experience and practice of being fully present in the present, awake to the truth of 'what is', infused with love and in the service of liberation. Meditation is a contemplative, mind-body-soul practice that includes a diverse set of intentional strategies for the practice of training directing, regulating, enhancing and/or expanding attention, consciousness and energy. To meditate is to discover new possibilities and awaken our capacity to release that which blocks and seperates us from truth, wisdom, higher knowing and our interconnected oneness.
Sound Bath
(Sound Healing)
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by healing instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes and even the human voice itself. While there are many types of sound therapies, all of them help to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies, which can in turn lead us back to optimal well being.
